Well it has definitely been a busy week for Her Campus Tulane! On Wednesday night, our writers had a bit of a baking party to get ready for Thursday’s cupcake giveaway. We made funfetti, red velvet, chocolate, and strawberry cupcakes to be sure there was something for everyone. For those of you who missed the memo, we offered free cupcakes to anyone who was willing to stop and “like” our Facebook page right there, at our booth in front of the LBC. The event was a success, we love all our new Facebook friends! If you missed out, don’t
worry–I’m sure we’ll give out baked goods for Facebook “likes” againsometime soon. After all, you can never have too many Facebook friends. Then, on friday we had a friendship bracelet making table at the Newcomb Spring Arts Festival. We attracted new potential readers to come do this craft with us, or so we hope! If you were there but didn’t see our table don’t worry, it’s understandable to be distracted by free Pinkberry, snowballs, Dat Dog, Felipes, and t-shirts!
