On Thursday, April 2, Tufts University will host the 8th annual LUX Fashion Show. The event is run exclusively by students who assume the roles of makeup artists, models, stylists, photographers, and more. LUX is consistently Tufts China Care’s biggest annual fundraiser, but will be sponsoring a new branch of the organization this year. Because of a recent donation to the previously funded program, Tufts China Care is now shifting its focus to the Family Village Program, which works to provide orphaned children with foster families. To support this reputable and highly important cause, students are encouraged to purchase tickets to the show, which are available in the Campus Center at the Information Booth and online at www.tuftstickets.com. Tickets are $8.00 each or $10.00 tickets can be purchased, which come with 5 raffle tickets. This year, the raffle prizes include discounted group shopping sprees, gift certificates, and more!
