3. Felicity Smoak (Arrow)
Felicity Smoak doesn’t just rock a wicked ponytail. She is a genius. She is a brilliant IT worker and a necessary asset to Oliver Queen and his goals. She delivers without fail and shares compassion with those around her.
4. Peggy Carter (Agent Carter)
Peggy Carter doesn’t take crap from anyone. Working in a field with inherent misogyny, she is able to hold her own and does her best despite the obstacles. She stands up for herself and believes in herself even when others don’t.

After moving from Washington, D.C. to Orlando, Florida, Jessica Huang finds it hard to get adjusted to the change. Fighting against racism and prejudice, Jessica is able to support her family, find a job, make friends, and raise her children with love and infallible strength.
