Happy Fall! There is no better way to accessorize the seasons than with some festive nails. Now, we’re all not artists and some of us have shorter nails than others so here are some nail designs perfect for any fall lover!
1. Glitter Nails. Adding glitter to your nails is easy for anyone to do! All you need is some black polish and some orange glitter! If you’re someone who isn’t quite into the black and orange, use white and orange, brown and orange, or any combination you’d like for a unique look that’s perfect for fall!
2. Candy Corn Nails. Perfect for Halloween! Now these nails are super easy; all you need is orange, yellow, and white nail polish. You simply do a strip of each color on the nail and wa-la you have what looks just like candy corn at your fingertips! If you’re the kind of person who likes to have super straight edges for each color, rather than letting them be a little crooked or fade into one another, you can cut small strips of tape to use as a border for each color to assure that you have a spotless design.
3.Ghosts and Gouls. For this design you’ll need black, orange, and white nail polish, as well as a few tooth picks. Just as the photo above shows, paint your pinky finger, middle finger, and thumb nail (not shown) black, paint your pointer finger orange, and your ring finger white. Next for the eyes/faces I like to dip a toothpick (or anything with a small point) in the polish color that I’m using (in this case, either white or black) and then use that as a tool to carefully draw on the details. It’s super easy and everyone will love your nails!
4. Raven’s Themed. Now, being that this is Towson, we are in Raven’s territory, whether the out of state students want to admit it or not, so for my fellow Marylanders I found the perfect look to add to your purple Friday attire! This look involves no design, just a different color per nail. For this specific look you’ll need four colors (all of which are OPI, starting from left to right), they are “Skyfall”, “Chanel Provocation”, “Casino Royale”, and “Honk if you Love OPI.”
