Creating a makeup routine that works for me has been a life-long project, especially in regards to my eyebrows. When I was in middle school, I began to feel self-conscious about my eyebrows (or lack thereof). They weren’t defined enough, and I wanted them to be darker and a more prominent feature on my face. When I first started to use eyebrow products in middle school, I plucked my eyebrows so much that they were very thin lines, and I would have to fill them in with a pencil. Ever since then, I have been trying to grow them out and find the perfect natural-looking products.

Revlon Colorstay Brow Pencil (Soft Brown):

This is my go-to brow pencil that I use as part of my day-to-day routine. I like it, because it gives me natural-looking brows without too much hassle. It comes with a brush on the end of the pencil, which allows for the pencil to flawlessly match your brows. With the cost under ten dollars, this is definitely worth the money.

Glossier’s Boy Brow + Brow Flick:

This is a more recent discovery for me. I love Glossier. I use their skin products and just started to try their eyebrow products, since I am always hunting for my next favorite product. I have seen a lot of advertising for Boy Brow, and I wanted to try it for myself. The product was definitely different from my usual eyebrow pencil. It comes with a brush that applies creamy wax directly onto your eyebrows to provide a thickening and moisturizing effect. It was an odd sensation to get used to, but it makes your eyebrows look full and natural, which I love! I also started using Brow Flick, which is good for filling in just a little bit of your eyebrows. Similar to a brow pencil, Brow Flick mimics the look of your eyebrows by drawing similar looking hairs. Both of these were a good investment, and I would definitely recommend them!

Just for Men Beard/Mustache Dye:

Hear me out on this one. This is an at-home dyeing process that you can use on your eyebrows. I was nervous about this at first, but it might be my favorite eyebrow product to date. I started using this product last year, and it always comes out so well! To start, you put Vaseline around your eyebrows to catch any dye that might end up on your skin. Then, you can apply the dye directly to your eyebrows for a few minutes as directed. Then, using a wet paper towel or tissue, you dab off the dye! You might need to take a shower to remove all of the dye, but I found that this process makes my eyebrows look darker without looking out of place.

I have always felt self-conscious about my eyebrows, but using these eyebrow products have allowed me to regain the confidence I lost! I now love to try out different eyebrow products just for fun, along with other beauty products! I would definitely recommend all of these products for fuller, more natural-looking eyebrows.
