Calling out to all collegiettes: Her Campus TCNJ has arrived and, like your best friend, we are here for YOU! As
co-founders we would like to take this opportunity to introduce the new online magazine written by and for the young, driven women at The College of New Jersey.
Here’s a quick tidbit of Magazine 101: it’s all about writing for an audience. You could say Seventeen writes for the typical high school teenager while Cosmopolitan writes for the career woman out on the town and looking for love (among other things!).
But who provides an outlet for the voice of the collegiette at TCNJ?
Who speaks for your best friend, your girlfriend or the girl who sits next to you in Calculus?
She has needs, questions, interests and dilemmas that are unique to this college campus and yet there appears to be a hole in the media marketplace for her wants to be addressed and her voice to be heard.
