HISTORIC DOWNTOWN BRYAN

It’s almost February and what better way is there than starting off the month by checking out First Friday in Bryan! On the first friday of each month, the streets of downtown Bryan are transformed to have booths, food stalls, performances, interactive activities, etc. Some people gather to listen the music or shop. Others eat food while looking at historical attractions and performances. Many more come to enjoy the bustling and lively atmosphere. It is a great way to meet the local people and business in bryan while taking your time to relax. For more information on the location and types of stalls and events, check out this link or the map: https://www.destinationbryan.com/firstfriday/activities/

Worried about parking and transportation? There is free parking that is available outside the streets are closed for the event. If you don’t have a car or a means to travel, first friday offers a free shuttle (for pickup and dropoff) from Texas A&M University’s Memorial Student Center (MS) to Downtown Bryan’s Roy Kelly Parking Garage. For more information on parking locations and shuttle times, check out https://www.destinationbryan.com/firstfriday/getting-here/.

Once again, First Friday occurs the first friday of every month, so don’t fret if you miss this one! For more information on First Friday and this year’s dates, check out https://www.destinationbryan.com/firstfriday/
