Campus Style: Leopard Print Nails by Amy

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Strath chapter.

Why not try Leopard Print on your nails this week – Rawr!

I am using two Barry M nail polishes ;

  • Gelly High-Shine in Greenberry
  • Textured Effect in Countess

Then a little black nail art pen that I bought from a set off eBay, and the only tool I have used is a very small paintbrush.

Step One;

Paint your nails using the greenberry polish.

Step Two;

Using the nail art pen make small little imperfect circles on your nails, you don’t even have to make them join up, the more unique each of them look the better, because leopard print is never the same! Also you can put some little black dots in the spaces between circles, see the picture of step two for more help.

Step Three;

Finally fill in the gaps using the countess polish and your paintbrush.

Tah-Dah! Just like that in three easy steps you now have some super cute nails.  You can also switch up the colors to get a different looking print, gold and white go really well together. But I would suggest always sticking with black for the outline, it’s what really makes the print.
