Pumpkin Oatmeal
Ingredients
½ cup rolled or steel cut oats
¼ cup pure packed pumpkin
1/8 cup dried black currants
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup water
Directions
Boil water.
Add oatmeal and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Add all the other ingredients, turn off heat, and stir well.
Serve warm.
