1. Not being in-the-know about the “lanyard situation.”

2. When scheduling rolls around and you forget to select “Part.”

3. The blue circle of death during registration.

4. The message “An error has occurred in the system.”

5. The stigma around trays on campus.

6. When you “Straight Outta’ Flex.”

7. Only receiving approximately 4.5 red potatoes.

8. And therefore, having what feels like approximately 16 plates to take to the disposal at the cafe.

9. That balancing act you do when trying to take those plates to the disposal at the cafe.

10. When you’re hungry AF but then realize your only options are cafe or shack.

11. So consequently the cafe or shack becomes a normal part of your vocabulary … and diet.

12. Having to walk through a maze to get food at the shack.

13. When it feels like feeding time at the zoo around noon at the shack.

14. Having to participate in The Hunger Games for housing.

15. The overflow room in general.

16. The wind tunnel that is the Benny Path.

17. The trip to 4th floor Alfred.

18. When the library is 98 degrees.

19. Inclement weather when you live in Rooney/Benny.

20. Realizing you have a package when the mailroom is closed.

Lisa Mason is currently a Junior Marketing major with a minor in Management. She is a member of Activities Programming Board, Women in Business, Singers, and works as an Admissions Ambassador at Saint Vincent College. Kaura Bassegio is a Saint Vincent College Alumna with a degree in marketing.
