2. Eat healthy

In order to feel your best for finals week, attempt to eat healthier to give your body the right nutrients it needs to function at its best potential. Eat a good breakfast the morning of your exams.

3. Sleep

Research have found that your memory works best when your body has the proper amount of sleep. Try and get around 7-8 hours of sleep the night before the night of your exams.

4. Organize

Figure out your exam schedule a week in advance to prepare for your exams. Each day figure out what work you must do for that day.

5. Use your resources

Go see a tutor or ask your friends or professor to help you study. Professors and tutors are only here to help you succeed. Use them to your advantage.

6. Have fun

Try not to stress yourself out. Find time each day prior to your exams to just relax and enjoy yourself. College is not only about getting a good education, but also having a great time.
