It’s study time! Get your textbooks out and dig for all those notes that you shoved to the bottom of your backpack! Here are some tips for studying right.


Get enough sleep. Sleep is the most important aspect of successful test taking.


Eat a nutritious breakfast. Fuel your body with nutrients to crush that exam!


Stay hydrated. No one wants to pass out during a test. Make sure to drink plenty of fluids.


Take study breaks. Although it might seem like a good idea lock youself in a room and study for eight hours straight, I promise it’s not. Go outside and stretch your limbs.


Breathe. Breathing is the best way to calm the nerves. Start by inhaling for four counts and exhaling for four counts. Inhale the good, exhale the bad.
