Cooking on Campus: Peep S’mores

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at St Olaf chapter.

My favorite part of Easter is being able to eat Peeps! I love marshmallows year round, but when Peeps come out my love for marshmallows increases ten-fold. I had seen Peep S’mores floating around Pinterest for sometime now and was excited that I could finally try them out.

Peep S’mores really need no introduction because they are so simple and so delicious. Everyone should give these sweet Easter treats a try!

All you need is:

  • Hershey chocolate bar
  • Graham crackers
  • Peeps
  1. Start by assembling the smores. Place a piece of chocolate on a graham cracker and put a Peep on top.
  2. Microwave the smore for 10 seconds. If you microwave for any longer the peep will explode, so be careful.
  3. Enjoy your delicious Eastery s’more!
