Hey girls! We are almost there- almost to Spring Break. Every year at this time I find myself trying to pack, and whether or not there is a vacation in store, the big question is what to bring. Well, as the general rule for make-up goes, less is more. Here are some tips on packing your make-up bag for break.

Here’s a peak into my make-up travel bag.

Tinted Moisturizer

With this one bottle you can cover two basics: moisturizer and foundation. I love to use it, because it is quick, easy, and a small bottle can last you months.

Blush-Bronzer Pallet

Instead of packing both blush and bronzer find a mixed pallet. With one container and one brush you can pick between shades of color without having to fumble around with multiple compacts.

Neutral Eye Shadow

Stick to the basics when you are traveling.  Most often, I only take a taupe color and a brown so I can do both a basic eye and a smokey eye.

One black or brown liquid eyeliner

You really don’t need more than that! Liquid eyeliner is the most versatile eyeliner by far. Depending on the application it can take you from day to night in seconds. One solid liner is all you need.

Mascara

That’s a no brainer and a “no questions asked” item. Throw it in the bag without a second thought.

Concealer

Take your favorite concealer along. I usually find my purse-sized one and stick it in there.

So pack light, and feel the weight of school lift off of your shoulders! Have a great spring break! Don’t forget your sunscreen if you are going somewhere warm.
