The early 2000s brought us some of the best and worst movies. Here are 5 famous movies from the early 2000s that you should rewatch ASAP:

  1. 13 Going on 30

Jennifer Gardner took us back in time to the 80s with this iconic early 2000s movie. Not only does this movie have a great soundtrack, but it shows you the power and meaning of a true friendship.

  2. How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days

Want to know why you should watch this movie? Matthew McConaughey (heart eyes). Kate Hudson and McConaughey’s forced (kind of) relationship will bring you to tears, both good and sad, in this amazing romantic comedy.

  3. She’s the Man

She’s the Man shows that there is nothing a boy can do, that a girl can’t. Amanda Bynes goes undercover as her twin brother to prove that she can play soccer at a men’s level. Little does she know that she’ll develop feelings for her roommate, Channing Tatum, and risk it all for a sport she loves.

  4. Mean Girls

I don’t think I need to explain the reasons as to why one should constantly rewatch Mean Girls. It covers all the truths of being in high school and the reality of cliques. In all seriousness, it is probably one of the most iconic movies of all time.

  5. Legally Blonde

“What like it’s hard?” Reese Witherspoon stars in this epic dramatic comedy as Elle Woods and takes on Harvard Law School. Her motivation for both law and fashion helps her become successful as she learns lessons on friendship, love, and respect along the way.

I highly recommend rewatching these 2000s movies if you ever need to laugh, cry, or reminisce!
