This week, Her Campus Southern Miss met Clifton Sisson, super-senior majoring in Information Technology with an emphasis in networking. He’s originally from Columbus, Miss. and he’s in a relationship. HC spent some time getting to know him, and found out what he likes to do and whom he likes to date.

Her Campus:  What is your favorite movie?

Clifton Sisson:  The Avengers

HC:  What is your favorite food?

CS:  Smoked Turkey and Dressing

HC:  What are your extracurricular activities?

CS:  I love Ultimate Frisbee, soccer, and pretty much general gaming.

HC:  What is your opinion of a perfect day?

CS:  Going to my best friend’s house and cooking out after a days’ work. Then have a few beers and watch some eSports while we yell at the TV because the players are making silly mistakes.

HC:  Describe your perfect dream date.

CS:  I would attempt to cook a nice dinner for my girlfriend. Then, watch a movie and cuddle up with her. Once the movie is over, we both sit would around and sing and maybe dance until our voices are shot and cannot sing anymore.

HC:  What do you plan to do once you are out of college?

CS: At this point in my college career, I am not really sure where I will be quite yet. I still have about a year left in completing my degree. I can say that I do want a job and I am hoping I find a business in Hattiesburg or Jackson, Mississippi.

HC:  If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be?

CS:  Japan.

HC: Why Japan?

CS:  Because of the technology advances and the culture experience.

HC:  What about a girl attracts you the most?

CS:  Confidence in her very own skin.  Women are unique in their own ways, abuse it!

HC:  What have you learned from past relationships?

CS:  To not let one person shape the life I live. I ultimately need to pick what is best for me.

HC:  What advice would you give someone looking for a significant other?

CS:  Be ready for that scary word, REJECTION. Not everyone is going to be interested in you. But do not get disheartened and go into a rut. Bounce back up and keep trying. If you find yourself in one of those ruts, plan a day with your friends and just have fun!

Hi!  If you're reading this I suppose you want to know a bit more about me.  Well, I was born and raised in a small town called Pelahatchie (it's ok if you don't know where that is), and I am currently an English major at Southern Miss.  I love fantasy and science fiction books, and I am currently writing several series (although most are just ideas in my head).  I LOVE football and a part of me always dies when football season is over.  I love video games, but I'm not that good at playing.  Other than that, I'm just your average college student.  Most of my thoughts are expressed through the articles I've posted and will post.  If you like my work so far, keep reading!  I love you!
