Haley Nelson ’17

Haley is a junior here at the University of South Carolina. Here at Her Campus South Carolina, Haley works as a writer and a member of the PR team.
Originally from Columbia, SC, Haley is close to home at USC. She enjoys hiking and fashion, and has written an online fashion blog for our student magazine Garnet and Black. Haley also works as a waitress at Rosso, an Italian restaurant in Columbia.
Haley’s favorite song of the moment is Desperado off Rihanna’s latest album Anti. She is also a Bernie Sanders fan.
Haley’s favorite animal is a panda and she considers herself to be an animal activist. She is considering becoming vegetarian, but just can’t give up Chik-Fil-A or Hibachi.
Haley is a really interesting person and an amazing asset to the HCSC team!
