Anne Klein once said, “Clothes aren’t going to change the world, the women who wear them will,” but for these 10 Fashion Week 2017 looks, nothing is going to change except the look of confusion on all of our faces. Fashion is art, yes, but at some point we must draw a line. These looks absolutely represent creative expression and we absolutely aren’t willing to wear them… to class, to work, or anywhere for that matter.
