Your Super Bowl 2012 Cheat Sheet

It’s that time of year again! Jerseys are being bought, the grocery list suddenly consists solely of burgers, chips and beer, and die-hard fans are gaining a little more hostility towards supporters of their competition. Yep, the Super Bowl is right around the corner, and before you decide to throw out some random fun facts in front of your guy friends that may or may not be true, let us give you the 411 of what you need to know to be a confident collegiette on all things football!
 
First off, PLEASE know which teams are actually playing. The New England Patriots and the New York Giants will compete against each other on Sunday, February 5 in Super Bowl XLVI (that’s 46). Kickoff is at 6:30 ET at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
