Ah basketball season. For those freshmen who have never experienced a college basketball season, you’re in luck. Our basketball program is legendary. The games themselves have a high attendance rate from students, alumni, and occasionally George W. Bush or Tony Romo. Now the real question is, what does one wear to an SMU basketball game? This is not a Boulevard folks, there are some things to keep in mind.
Basketball games are not as Greek life heavy as the Boulevard is, so keep those sorority and fraternity letters to a minimum, and pull on some Mustang gear instead.
SMU apparel, especially MOB apparel, is always a good idea.
You can look cute, but think more class appropriate rather than a night out.
And dressing in costume is encouraged.
