Fall is here and so is the annual fall drink, the yearly PSL. The next time you’re visiting your friendly neighborhood coffee shop, try this “latte” makeup look to complement your drink!

Luckily, this look is easy to achieve with the color palette primarily focusing on browns, nudes, and neutrals. Here are some products to help put together this look!

For eyes, definitely layer in rich brown eyeshadow (you could also go in with glitter in case you want a shimmery look).

Personally, I like to start off with beige, then go in with the dark brown on my crease to add more dimension, and lastly, end off with a gold shimmer for the glow. For a matte look, end off with the brown or mix up the brown with the reddish hue in the palette.

Elf’s bite-size “i love you a latte” or “cream sugar” eyeshadow palette would be optimal for this look:

To bring a natural glow to complement the neutral color we are working with, Rare Beauty’s positive light liquid luminizer highlight for a dewy look. This highlight is perfect for those golden hour photos and an added glam look. Also, a little definitely goes a long way! (Yes, this highlight is very pigmented so it will last for awhile!)

Lastly, for the lips finish off with a neutral/nude lip color (highly recommend shade memory foam). The best part about this product is that it is very smooth, vegan, and long-lasting (perfect for coffee dates! So you no longer have to worry about retouching your lipstick). This lipstick is optimal if you are looking to achieve a matte or even a bold look.

Also, the Fenty lip gloss (shade: Honey Waffles, honey butter brown) would work well to achieve this look. This lip gloss, needless to say, is highly recommended as it hydrates the lips, thanks to the shea butter in the product, and is a non-sticky formula, so you don’t have to deal with the residue that we all dread with lip gloss. The best part is that this product is vegan! If you are leaning more toward the glowy/dewy makeup look, then this product is a must-have.

Of course, these are just a few of the products to put together this look, but definitely a place to start off with the “latte” look. If you are feeling more of a glam look, you can add falsies and winged eyeliner, and of course, go in with either foundation or concealer.

For a matte look, I would stick to the eyeshadow, winged eyeliner, and bronzer instead of highlight, and finish off with matte lipstick!  You can use more or even fewer products to your liking to create your own “latte” look!

So the next time you are grabbing a latte or on a coffee date, try out this look to complement your drink.
