Trader Joe’s is one of the best stores for its low prices and high-quality products. There are so many items, and sometimes it can get a little overwhelming trying to see everything and decide what to get if you’re balling on a budget. Here is a list of my top five favorite things to grab while there.

1. Bamba

These little puffs have the perfect amount of peanut butter coated on the outside and are so light and airy on the inside. Take a cheese puff, get rid of the cheese and replace it with peanut butter; you can’t beat that! I really like that these are in a slender size bag, so they fit basically anywhere as well.

2. Mini Peppermint Meringues

These are literally heaven in your mouth. They have the perfect ratio of peppermint and vanilla flavor, so this isn’t too overwhelming for someone who doesn’t like mint! These are also fat free, so if you’re looking for a little dessert with no guilt, this is your go-to. I love the middles of these though, as they slightly resemble a marshmallow because they are kind of squishy. Yum! Now the only downside of these is that they are only in stores around the Thanksgiving-Christmas holiday season.

3. Sweet Potato Gnocchi

These suckers are the perfect snack, side or meal. They come in the frozen section in a bag and are extremely easy to heat up. They are in a butter and sage sauce which is to die for. I like to heat these up, eat them for dinner, and save the leftovers for the next day.  They are full of flavor and the perfect dense gnocchi consistency.

4. Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzels

These are the end all be all. I literally can eat the whole bag in one sitting because it’s creamy milk chocolate, a salty pretzel and the perfect amount of peanut butter. I think these are perfect because they are decently-sized and you can grab just a few to satisfy a craving for dessert.

5. White Cheddar Corn Puffs

I love the concept of these because they are so light and flavorful. They are a similar concept to the Bamba, but smaller pieces and they have a white cheddar flavor. These are such a hit at my house, even my cat eats them!
