11 Burning Questions We’re Left With After Fuller House

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Siena chapter.

Spoiler alerts if you haven’t seen the series yet.

Days late, I finally binged Fuller House. I laughed, I may have cried a ‘lil bit, and I was giddy with excitement over the nostalgia in all its cheesy glory (how about those side-by-sides???). But, despite my relief that Steve is alive, well, and still eating everything in sight, that Danny seems to be slightly less neurotic, that Kimmy never changed (even though everyone is still picking on her), and that Jesse is, in fact, still jamming with The Rippers, Fuller House left me with even more questions in need of answering; some areserious, and some are less so.

First, and perhaps the most agitating: who the hell is Danny’s wife? Becaus she’s certainly not Vicky, which is problematic in and of itself, so where did she come from? How did they meet? How does she put up with him? In getting this brand new story, we lost so much back (or at least in-between) story, and I am losing my mind.

Why did they have to make Nikki and Alex such stereotypical, dumb college boys? Six years in college? Please – those kids were brilliant. And why did they only come back for that one scene? They didn’t even make an appearance at their parents’ vow renewal! At that point, it’s almost like, why bother?

Same, Beck, same.

In keeping with that theme, why did all of the “adults” come back for only a handful of scenes? On one hand, I’m glad to see that the house is not, in fact, that much fuller, but on the other hand, I do want that full house!

Cosmo came from a long line of Comets; Max, why didn’t you keep the lineage going?

With various amounts of shade thrown at the Olsen’s throughout the season, I imagine it’s safe to assume that we’ll never see the reappearance of Michelle?

But, Stephanie seemed to expect that Michelle would be home when she arrived. I get that she was traveling a lot, but did she really not know what Michelle was up to? Are these kids not all keeping in touch? Some family, tbh…

Was this love triangle really necessary? I loved the struggle of DJ starting to date again, but the whole plot was contrived and awkward. I did fist pump, though, when she chose herself (but in the end, because let’s be real, #TeamSteve). In the future, though, I hope he can tone down the crazy. I know DJ is great, dude, but you’re taking your love a little too far.

On second thought, I could get behind this ship.

What is that emoji?

How has Ramona managed to grow up to be (seemingly) normal?

Probably because they made sure she was down with New Kids on the Block.

Not only did Kimmy not change, but she somehow became even more eccentric. Did she make that bacon and eggs scarf? The cheesecake purse? How does she do it?

And, perhaps most importantly, I’m still left wondering where I can get my hands on her cat cardi (in finding a picture, I found the cardigan here! Unfortunately, it’s currently unavailable)!
