1. Do something you love to do

2. Take up a new activity

Get into a new routine by taking up a fun activity. A new hobby can distract you from the breakup and make you feel better about yourself for developing a new skill.

3. Stop talking to that person 

Breaking contact with the person really helps. Sometimes you just need your own space to get your mind off of that person and move on. 

4. Keep a self-love notebook 

It’s really important to remind yourself of the amazing person that you are! Writing down something positive about yourself every night can be a good way to do this. Image Source

5. Talk it out!

Don’t feel as if you are burdening your friends with your problems! It’s extremely beneficial to talk to your friends about what you’re going through. A lot of them have gone through similar situations and can provide really good advice.
