In November of 2017 a young woman walked into her local Taco Bell and asked if she could have some fries. Obviously, as Taco Bell is a Mexican eatery with no potato sticks in sight, the employees are confused. The cashier handling the woman tell her that, no—they don’t have any fries. The young woman asks again, to which the cashier tells her once more that Taco Bell does not served fries. The young woman is confused, and thinks Taco Bell is Burger King, and the cashier tells her that it is in fact not Burger King. The young woman begins to get visibly upset and transfers into a fit of calling Taco Bell racist for not giving her fries. (For the full video, click here: TB)

Well, that young lady no longer has to worry about not getting fries at her local Taco Bell anymore, because (you guessed it) Taco Bell has just come out with something that fills my heart with joy: Nacho Fries. Seasoned with Mexican spices, and served with a side of Nacho Cheese dip, these fries pack a punch!

I was able to try some a couple of days ago, and let me tell you, they were amazing. For just a little over a dollar including tax, your taste buds will be delighted by the bold Mexican spices that coat the Nacho Fries. Dip the fries into the gooey, yellow cheese dip, and it’s Nirvana in your mouth. That’s not even the best part. If wanted, you can get a Nacho fries supreme or Bellgrande, which is a plate of Nacho fries with beef, tomatoes, and a plentiful amount of cheese toppled upon your fries. There’s also a Nacho Fries Box option.

Recapping: Taco Bell is not racist, nor do I think they ever will be. That young woman who claimed they were is probably munching down on the new Nacho fries as I type. Don’t be shy and head down to your local Taco Bell. Trying new food, especially if it’s Nacho fries, can be better than what you think.
