What is the best thing about writing for Her Campus? Well, I get to do my favorite thing…write. And I get to write about literally anything, from silly listicles to serious pieces that can really help people.

What made you decide to start a Her Campus chapter at Sewanee? To be honest, it genuinely just looked like it would be fun. My own magazine with a national audience?! And, the more I thought about it, I realized it would be a great outlet to allow Sewanee women and men to have their voices heard—there’s really no limit to the things we’ve covered, from body image and sexual health to politics and social issues, my writers have really been able to express themselves, which has been my goal from the beginning.
