Sewanee Style: Class Dress Chic

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Sewanee chapter.

Because Sewanee weather basically gave all our closets the middle finger when it decided to SNOW the week we got back from Spring Break, I broke out my camera and documented how Sewanee girls are dealing with the class dress conundrum. It looks like layers, and lots of them, are key to waiting out this last bit of winter freeze!

Perfect-fitting pencil skirt, stockings, boots and a blouse.

Wick warriors represent, looking super cozy in their scarves and sweaters!

No class dress would be complete without backpacks! These ladies are stylish and smart!

Classic dress and cowboy boots (complete with the crap-I-didn’t-know-it-would-be-this-cold Mountain Hardware jacket)

Cowboy boots reappearing, with jeans and a cute top!

A group of stylishly layered girls enjoying the beautiful day “candidly”

White jeans for the win!

Pink pants, scarves, barbours, and cowboy boots…pretty much Sewanee style in one picture.

A flower print shirt to match the pretty flowers blooming around campus!

Friends looking cute on their way out of McClurg!

Cuffed skinnies and flats, and army boots and aviators! Perfect mix of warm-and-cold weather accessories.

You can never go wrong with hot pink converses and a fierce scarf.

Spotted a redhead accentuating her hair with a beautiful royal blue puffy jacket!

Keep it stylish and hang in there Sewanee girls!
