Looks like someone knows how to fiesta! On February 15th, the University of Scranton USBP held “Mexican Food Night” in The Rev. Bernard R. McIlhenny, S.J., Ballroom. Students enjoyed tasty authentic Mexican foods, such as enchiladas, tacos, nachos, beans, and flan. Traditional Mexican music was provided, as well as a photoshoot contest and the stress-relieving activity of whacking a pinata. Here, Natalie Della Posta, 18, wears a traditional Mexican sombrero and holds two Mexican instruments, maracas. Ole!
