These pumpkin chocolate chip muffins are literally the easiest and most delicious fall treat I have ever made! Plus, they take less than 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
1. One can pumpkin puree
2. One box of spice cake mix
3. Chocolate chips to liking
Combine pumpkin puree and box spice cake mix in a large bowl. Do not add any other ingredients on the box cake mix. The batter will be extremely thick. Stir in chocolate chips to liking, I add A LOT. Divide batter into muffin cups. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes. And voilà, you have the most delicious pumpkin muffins ever!
