Many college students strive to make their dorm room look like a picture straight off of pinterest or tumblr, but very few of us actually achieve this goal. Freshmen Katie Sedgewick is one of those few people who actually managed to make her room look like an editorial spread. Katie is an aspiring interior designer, and grew up in Barrington, Rhode Island. Interior design is not something new to Katie. She claims to be inspired by her mother, as well as being surrounded by interiors all of her life. Though only a freshmen, Katie shows much primise in her field of study, and we cannot wait to see what the future has instore for her.
We asked Katie for some interior design advice, and here is what she had to say: “My best piece of advice would be to stick with the same color scheme as much as possible. It helps to keep the space consistant and in order”. Take a look at Katie’s dorm below. We are IN LOVE!!!!
