We all know Instagram. The art of ‘gramming is a game, and we’ve all mastered it. As much as Instagram is a girl’s best friend, it’s also her worst enemy. It’s a chance to show off how cute you and your best friends looked on Spring Break, but it’s also where confidence goes to die. There is pressure to edit each photo perfectly, get an insane amount of likes on each post, come up with a clever caption… the list is endless. Basically, Instagram is a lot of pressure.
This is where VSCO differs. There are no likes on VSCO, no comments, just photos. It has the best filters in the game (would recommend A5 to 10/10). No one cares what you post; it can be a sassy selfie, foodporn, or a basic sunset. There are literally no standards on VSCO. Dangerous, but freeing from the established rules of Instagram.
