Fall in Love with Autumn: 6 Must-do Activities

Feeling a little down because of exams? Destress your mind and fall in love with these amazing fall activities! Gather some friends and plan a time to relax and refresh your minds after a day full of activities.

1. Pumpkin Picking

It’s fall and one thing you can’t miss out on is pumpkin picking!  Spend quality time with your girls by going to a nearby pumpkin patch and take your best picks. Start off your early autumn with pumpkin carving and end it with a pumpkin pie bake-off. We all know that pumpkins make the best desserts. From pumpkin carving to pumpkin pie, pumpkins are an absolute fall staple for everyone. 

2. Fall Painting

Fall is the most scenic time of the year, why not make use of it? Grab some mini canvases and Gather up your artsy gals with ceramic mugs and paints to make some cute mugs for your fall-coded drinks. These adorable mugs will surely “spice-up” your pumpkin-spice lattes!

3. Autumn Picnics

You can set up a picnic blanket near a park and gather some to spend some “quality friend time” with all your girlfriends. Don’t forget to try out some new fall baking recipes and even if you’re a beginner, there’s always something for everyone. Create a fun picnic potluck with all your friends and have each of them bring a fall dessert or dish of their desire. You and your gals can snack on the most perfectly curated fall snacks, perfect to treat yourself after a busy morning. Spend the afternoon full of chats and de-stress while being surrounded by the fresh and calming scenery.

4. Friendsgiving

Where’s all my chef girlies? This will be the perfect activity for all you connoisseurs and individuals who want to dabble into the classic fall cookbook recipes. Fall pot pie and a bowl of hot soup are sure to warm your hearts during this season.  

5. Fall Sweet treats

Warm apple pies, gooey cinnamon rolls, maple cookies, and so much fall goodness! What better way to use those leftover apples than to make them into dessert? Fall is so diverse in harvest and there are so many creative (and yummy) recipes online. Have a bakeoff with friends or make a treat for your family (or yourself!). 

6. Halloween Movie Marathons

Movie marathons are where its at. Cozy up with your closest friends with matching halloween socks and get ready to spend a “spooky” night of classic horror movies like The Conjuring, The Exorcist, The Nun, and so much more. If you are not a fan of horror movies, you could always visit your childhood favorites like the Corpse Bride, Monster House, Casper, Coraline, and Beetlejuice.
