Snowfall and Kiss: Poetry

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Regent chapter.

“Snowfall”

The land.

The trees.

The road.

All painted white.

Even the night sky, pitch black in nature, becomes more lightly colored as the sun rises, and the

snow falls.

“Kiss”

She’s worried, she’s nervous. She can’t sit still. She can’t stop shaking, her breathing gets

quicker and quicker, until it stops…

Her breath slows.

The shaking ceases. Her nerves have calmed, and there’s no sign of worry in her eyes anymore.

She’s safe, and she’s mine.
