Sadly, the holiday season is officially behind us. As we all get back to our regular routines (and if you’re anything like me), the little things are what keep you going.

Here are my top three favorites that help keep me going.

Tea With Honey

Over Christmas break, I realized that I was consuming way too much caffeine in the fall semester. I would feel shaky, have trouble getting a good night’s sleep and overall started relying on it to get me through the day.

I went to my dad to talk about it, and like a true British man, he recommended that I try tea. I wanted to make sure that it had no caffeine and that it tasted good. My dad suggested that I try a chamomile blend since they are sweet, similar to how I like my coffee.

My personal favorite is this Honey Vanilla Chamomile tea with just a teaspoon of sugar. Every time I feel like having a cup of coffee, I now reach for this.

It’s genuinely delicious. I feel calmer after I drink it and I feel physically good about myself. I started drinking it before bed and I feel as if I’m getting a better quality sleep than before.

Hollister Jeans

At 5’11”, I find shopping for clothes to be exhausting. However, the true bane of my existence is trying to find jeans that fit properly. I tend to stick with skinny jeans as I feel they best compliment my figure, but with the recommendation of a friend, I decided to try something new.

These Hollister Baggy Jeans might be my new favorite article of clothing that I’ve ever owned. They are super comfortable, go with any outfit and look super cute.

These jeans are tall girl friendly, which in my opinion are their most important quality. When buying, there were short, regular and long options, which is something that makes me happy as I rarely see that when clothes shopping.

I know that slowly, but surely, I will phase out my skinny jeans for more of these in different colors, as they’re just that amazing.

Glossier Hoodie

I’m cheating a little bit here as I’ve owned this hoodie for many years, but I replaced it in January and fell back in love with it. Pink is my favorite color and this is genuinely one of the softest hoodies I’ve ever owned as the inside is lined with fleece.

I wore my first one for almost four years before replacing it. I only decided to replace it because I wanted an oversized fit, so trust me when I say this is worth purchasing. I wear this hoodie at least twice a week and with the cold weather, it has kept me warm and cozy.

If you’re looking for your next hoodie, I truly believe this is the one for you.

I hope that as we go into February this list inspires you to find and fall in love with your favorite things that make you happy.
