Welcome back to school! The beginning of the year is filled with dinner reunions with friends, bar hopping, new class schedules and extracurriculars. Enjoy it, but don’t get caught in the craziness and forget to be healthy and take care of yourself. The gym has been busy recently, which is usual for the first week of school. It’s a great place to go to get away for a little and to relieve some stress and help burn off a little late night calorie consumption. During the semester try to keep it up, even when it gets so cold that you just want to curl up on your couch. Your body will thank you if you keep it moving.
