You couldn’t help but notice the usual sea of blue and white taken over by crimson this weekend in Happy Valley. Maybe it was the vast contrast in color that made is so noticeable, but I’m not sure if I’ve seen so many away team fans overtake State College, especially the area surrounding the Creamery. The majority of the long line that wrapped outside and around the sidewalk was clearly flanked with a ton of Alabama travelers. Thankfully, as residents, we’re able to grab some delicious Peachy Paterno when the lines aren’t so ridiculously long, but we’re proud to have been able to share some edible joy with our visitors.
