8 rings you should add to your jewelry collection

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at PSU chapter.

Wearing rings upon rings is a style that I hope never goes out of style. Rings are a great way for people to express themselves and are so fun to wear. Here are some of my favorites!

ย All Pearl Ring

I will admit, I have a bit of a bias for anything pearls. I used to wear them almost every day because I loved them so much. This ring is simple and basic, but oh so pretty. I love this ring and think itโ€™s something that anyone could add to their collection no matter their style. For some people, it may be an everyday gem and for others, it may be perfect for special events.ย

Snake Ring

I donโ€™t know why, but I love this ring. Itโ€™s been becoming increasingly popular within the last few years. There are different types of different peopleโ€™s aesthetics. Taylor Swift wore and sold a snake ring during her โ€œReputationโ€ era. Dove Cameron has also been identified with snakes.

Emerald Ring

I love emerald green with all my heart. It is one of the most complimenting colors on every skin tone. I hate every other shade of green, but emerald has my heart. I love dresses and jewelry with this color so I had to add an emerald ring to the list.ย

Crown Ring

Now I know not every crown ring looks like the one shown above, but I love both kinds. I think the full crown is a bit more youthful and fun whereas this one is a little more sophisticated and classy. Either way, these rings are trendy and can either be a fun or classy addition to your collection.

Daisy Ring

This ring is so fun and laid back. You could wear this on any casual day. I also like that there are different color options that you could go for. There are also many different aesthetics that it can go with. When I look at it I can see people with the boho and cottage core themes wearing them.ย

Heart Ring

I remember these starting to get popular back when I was in middle school, but I still think they are cute. I think itโ€™s a fun ring that can be worn casually day to day. I also like how itโ€™s a bit unique in having the same shape and stability as a normal ring, but also being a bit different since hearts are going all the way around it.ย

Vintage Ring

I love vintage styles and aesthetics so I had to include a vintage ring. Thereโ€™s something special about knowing that the object you’re wearing is from a different time period, even if it was only 30 years ago. Many of these rings could be passed down from your parents or grandparents as well because the only requirement of a vintage ring is that it is from 30-100 years ago.ย

Butterfly Ring

These rings remind me of the Y2K aesthetic that has been coming back into popularity. Honestly, those items are really not my style, but I love these butterfly rings. There are so many different colors you can choose from when searching them up. They are something fun and casual to wear during the spring and summer.ย

Happy shopping!
