Penn State Berks Majors Defined by Gifs

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at PS Berks chapter.

Sometimes while scouring through the internet you come across a phrase, quote, picture or gif that perfectly describes how you feel about a subject. It may even become a slogan or symbol that you personally relate to your life whenever you think of that subject.  For this article, we decided to find gifs that we believe accurately describe how some may feel about the different majors here at Penn State Berks.

B.A. in Applied Psychology

Your friends like to come to you with all their problems; and like always you welcome them with open arms and give them the advice they need to hear . . . . well sort of.

B.S. in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology

All the information may make your brain hurt, but hey someday you may learn how to gene splice and create a half hamster, half human.

B.S. in Biology

You study the human body and how we have evolved through time, though you wish it was as easy and interesting as pokemon evolution because then you would be an expert on the subject.

B.S. in Business

You’re planning on being a successful, strong and dedicated business woman someday. Either that or you’ll be the one annoying your coworkers by singing Disney songs all day long.

B.S. in Childhood and Early Adolescent Education – Elementary Education Teaching Option (PK-4)

In the beginning, you imagined your career being like the Magic School Bus and you were going to be an awesome teacher like Ms. Frizzle, but not your  realizing that it’s not all what you thought it was gonna be. Still, you plan to stick with it and teach our future leaders.

B.A. in Communication Arts & Sciences

You’re the master of speaking and getting a point across,  unfortunately you may be one to go off on a tangent every now and again.

B.A./B.S. in Criminal Justice

Your learning to go fight crime and catch crafty criminals. Unfortunately these criminals will forever have an eye out for you because “they could have gotten away with it  too if it wasn’t for you meddling kids!” Keep on studying and make our future world a better and safer place to live.

B.S. in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology

You deal with intricate wiring and machinery and although you may feel you have no idea what you are doing, someday you will be able to help all those who have even less of a clue than you do.

B.A. in Global Studies

With so many cultures to learn about your studying never seems to cease, but at least you know the social do’s and don’ts and won’t end up looking silly like Yakko.

B.S. in Information Sciences & Technology

Friends always come to you with their computer problems, and you always pretend you know what you’re doing, but most of the time you end up searching the problem on google. You still always manage to help your friends and fix their problem though.

B.S. in Kinesiology

Let’s face it, basically you majored in gym class, but at least you’re in better shape than most people.

B.S. in Mechanical Engineering

You picked a tough major and many times you may feel like you’re going crazy, but hang in there because it will pay off. Just don’t use mustard to fix things, that’s silly.

B.S. in Organizational Leadership

You’re excellent at organization and you’re a born leader, just please don’t get carried away and have your children walk around in two straight lines with matching outfits.

B.A. in Professional Writing

Two words: writer’s block.

B.S. in Science

Pour the potion Kronk! *Explosion* Wrong Potion!

B.S. in Security and Risk Analysis

You help people avoid getting into deep trouble, but sometimes you wish it were as cool as avoiding lasers and using cool tricks like Kim Possible.

B.A. in Theatre

You ooze charisma and want to go on to be one of the greatest actors who ever lived. Just don’t fall flat on your face and ruin the show.

Hi, I'm Erin Bradley. Part of your average Her Campus family. I got an editor, a publisher, and . . . a photographer. These are my articles. I wrote them and my photos . . . they found me. About our staff. It writes because we publish all over the world. You see, I write my articles and . . . my editor edits them. Okay, so this bio isn't average, but between you and me something amazing happened . . . and now I can talk to paper! It's pretty cool and totally secret. And you know what? Life will never be the same. [Editor Screams] AHHH!  (My parody of  Wild Thornberry's Intro)
