Post-Halloween Full Body Workout to Make You Feel Great

Happy November! Post-Halloween/ Pre-Turkey Day Workouts Start Now!

One of my favorite fall activities is a fall morning workout! The weather is ideal for sweaty, post-workout bods and the crisp fall air rejuvenates the lungs in a single breath. The soft, chilled winds satisfy the needs of a heated body, and you just feel great. It’s almost like endorphins double in the fall! Although, it is sweater weather, it’s almost more appeasing because YOU know that you pushed your body to a stronger, healthier you! 

Below is a post-Halloween full-body workout to help you feel strong and healthy inside and out!

This workout pairs nicely with a 30 minute cardio sweat :) Enjoy!

 

20 Squats with Kettle-bell Swing:

25 Bicep Curls with Overhead Press:

30 Triceps Dips:

 

30 Second plank- 30 Second Left side-plank – 30 second Plank – 30 second Right side-plank :

45 (each) leg extensions – Switch off legs every 15: 

 

45 (each) Fire Hydrants- Switch off legs every 15:

20 (each side) Curtsy Lunges:

 

1.5 Minute Wall Sit:

 

Don’t Forget to stretch!!!!!
