Sam Tsui (2011) and Kurt Hugo Schnider (2010) are awesome! Unfortunately, they both soon to be graduates from, of all places, Yale University last year, but we’ll have to forgive them for that.
Every song they produce together is beautiful, and this one is no exception. “Start Over,” Sam’s second original single, is a lovely song about restarting a relationship because deep down, the two still care for each other. The music video, directed by Kurt, follows the girl in this relationship with a distant boyfriend as she finds her way back to Sam. The shots of the video tell this story well and are very captivating. Also, I seem to have a thing for guys singing in city lights. Who knew?
