I am a big fan of foods that are chock full of good nutrients and are packed with protein and vitamins…but the issue is many times the flavors are a bit off and the only way you feel like you can get what you need is  a multivitamin pill. It’s even worse if you are vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free; it can be difficult to find something that is natural and delicious.

I really enjoyed trying Kevita Sparkling Probiotic Drinks. I am a soda junkie and occasionally the diet soda drinker as well…and as much as I hear how bad artificial sweeteners or the amount of sugar in one cup of soda, I can’t get over the sweet, refreshing and bubbly drinks! KeVita provides all of those benefits without the guilt from an overload of corn syrup and artificial additives. The drinks are a light and bubbly organic/gluten-free/non-GMO/vegan option for anyone who enjoys soda and likes yogurt. Yes, soda plus yogurt!

The great refreshing taste of soda combined with the benefits of yogurt…with natural sweetness in two flavors (unfortunately the rest used Stevia, but I avoided them!). While I wished all were made with natural sugar, the drink is definitely tasty and I usually have some between meals instead of snacking on chips or cookies.
