6 Spongebob Moments that ARE My Life Right Now

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Pace Pleasantville chapter.

Spongebob Squarepants: a classic childhood show that has shaped my humor and cultural references immensely. From time to time, I even go back and watch some episodes to take me back to “the good ‘ole days” when I wasn’t dealing with college, a job, or adulting in general… Here are some of my faves that I am currently relating to on a spiritual level!

When the Groupchat Is Dead

Idk about anyone else, but I love doing even the littlest things with my friends – I am basically never alone when i’m at college. So when the squad chat is dead, I get so lonely

Sometimes, It’s All Just a Little Too Much

From school to work to a social life, sometimes it can be hard to handle sometimes – this is me trying to juggle it all!

Trying to Figure Out Plans

Everyone has many opinions, especially when it comes to where to eat. Sometimes it takes my friends and I forever to decide on a place to to eat; we always try to find new food… expand our horizens, but somehow we always end up getting the usual.. CHIPOTLE ;)

Caffeine Withdrawals

When that 1st cup of coffee (out of the 5 I drink per day) hasn’t hit yet but you have a 9am.

When the Professor Moves the Test

Enough said. When the professor moves the test to online or the next week.. you know life’s looking up!

I Am Not a Morning Person

I have a lot of morning classes, but I am definitely NOT a morning person. So sorry to all of my awesome friends who have to deal with my grumpiness in the morning <3

Hope y’all can relate to these Spongebob moments!
