2. Turn off social media and mute accounts of people that make you feel bad about yourself
3. Make time to do things you enjoy (that don’t involve your phone) like reading, cooking a nice meal, journaling, or watching your favorite movie.
4. Celebrate getting the little things on your to-do list done
5. Get exercise—you don’t have to run a marathon but maybe go to a yoga class or go on a nice walk.
