Mary Kate: “Friends, I honestly never get sick of it.”
L: What age do you wish you could permanently be?
MK: “I think that 21 or 22 would be a good age. I’m going to say 22.”
L: Do you have any hidden talents or tricks?
MK: “Um well, I’m double jointed in my fingers but that’s the closest thing I have to a hidden talent.”
L: If you were stranded on a deserted island, what three movies would you bring with you?
MK: “The Grinch, Hocus Pocus, and Sandlot–such a fun movie!”
L: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would you go?
MK: “Italy.”
L: What are some small things that make your day better?
MK: “I guess when it’s not raining, like if the sun is out. Or when people share tweets with you!”
L: Who was your celebrity crush as a child?
MK: “Oh, Zac Efron.”
L: What made you want to go into the fashion industry?
MK: “I started sewing my freshman year of high school and I really liked it. My Grandma also was really into fashion, but she passed away when I was in 8th grade before I was really passionate about it. I also did tie dye in chemistry for a couple months on various fabrics and it made me realize how much was actually out there and all the different options there were in the fashion industry, I loved it.”
L: If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
MK: “Chicken nuggets. That’s pretty much my life now.”
L: What is something that you hate but wish you loved?
MK: “I hate reading and it’s only gotten worse since I’ve gotten to college.”
L: If you woke up as animal tomorrow what would you want to be?
MK: “A koala, so that I could sleep all day.”
L: What’s a weird quirk you have?
MK: “I can’t be in a quiet room, like I always have to have some sort of background noise.”
