New Year, New Me

With the year almost being over it’s a great time to start to preparing to pamper yourself to go into the new year as a new person.

These are few things to help you get ready for a new year. 

1. New hair          

With it being Her SEASZN it's time for a change. Since a new year is right around the corner trying different things with your hair would be a good way to start the year. I personally think it is always good to get out of your comfort zone, and actually go into the new year with a new mind set and a new look. Whether is it trying a new up do, dying your hair a new color or just getting a haircut. Trying something new can make you feel new. 

2. Take a time to clean out unnecessary things.          

Getting rid of things that bring bad memories or just getting rid of things you don’t put to use anymore, is a good start to a clean year. Maybe you went through a bad break up, and you still have pictures of you and that person laying around in your room. Get rid of them. This is your year to love yourself! Taking the time to organize your house, so when you go into the new year everything seems just in place.  


3. Avoid setting resolutions but instead set inspiring goals.          

Resolutions are a firm decision to do or not to do something, but goals is a person’s ambitions and efforts. Instead of saying, “I’m going to start going to the gym” set a goal of what your weight is going to be by a certain date. Going into a new year knowing exactly what you want out of it is a good way to see what your year will consist of, and what it will have in store for you.


4. Treat yourself to spa date or a day of binge watching.          

Take a day off and just relax and take it all in before January comes. It’s a good time to get your nails done, go get a massage, or just be lazy if you never have a day off in a while. Stay in watch a movie or watch your favorite show, and take it all in before 2018 is here.
