The Benefits of Essential Oils

I recently got into essential oils after hearing that there are quite a few benefits to using them! I decided to look up those perks and what I found was quite amazing.

 

  1. Essential oils can reduce anxiety. Use the lavender oil to help reduce those feelings of stress and frustration.

  2. Spiritual Awareness. Use frankincense while reading or meditating to increase your spiritual enlightenment.

  3. Peppermint oil can be used to cure hangovers, headaches, digestive issues, fevers and acid reflux.

  4. Detox. Lemon oil can be used to uplift your mood, if you have a sore throat or if you want to balance your PH levels.

  5. Clary Sage oil can be used if you suffer from depression. It can also be used for anxiety, cramps, balancing hormones and to help stress.

  6. Lemongrass essential oil can help nerve pain, diarrhea, muscle aches and much more.

  7. If you have a weak immune system, oregano oil may help to improve it.

  8. Melaleuca essential oil is said to be the First Aid oil. You can use this for cuts, scrapes, acne, earaches, pink eye, lice, dandruff and even athlete’s foot.
