Here is a list of the best documentaries to watch on Netflix, to educate you on the food we eat and how our diet links to the climate and our overall health. You will also learn about different methods we can all implement individually which combine to help our climate. The topics of the documentaries range from how to live the healthiest lifestyle, to the importance of our soils to our planet. They give you a good understanding of the importance of our food choices, and what is happening within our world, and provide an insight into the actions of large companies, and how our choices can make a difference.

Disclaimer: Several of these documentaries encourage a vegetarian/vegan diet, as known to be environmentally friendly and healthy if done correctly. However, the encouragement of you watching these is not to make you switch to these diets, but to help educate everyone on what we are paying for in supermarkets and support communities in making wiser decisions for themselves, when possible. That being said, if these watches do encourage you to switch diets, that’s great too! As a Vegetarian myself, these documentaries help me remember why I decided to change my diet and help me stay passionate about learning and adapting my habits.
