Where you’re from/grew up: I’m from Michigan…. But actually I’m from the quaint city of Beverly, MA where nothing historically, culturally, or socially relevant has ever happened (but we do have like 7 Dunkin Donuts.)
Major/minor: I’m majoring in Communications and Political Science.
How long have you been involved in Her Campus? This is my second semester with Her Campus.
What made you decide to get involved in Her Campus? At first, I didn’t think I could join Her Campus because I was under the impression boys weren’t allowed to, but when I found out otherwise I joined in a heartbeat. Her Campus has everything I love: girls who are both pretty and classy, everything pop culture and sassy advice articles.
What do you like to do in your spare time? When I’m not catching up on Dance Moms, Pretty Little Liars and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, I spend my time on Pinterest and avoiding the gym. But in reality, I also like to do theater and I write for another magazine on campus.
What are your favorite things about NU/Boston? My favorite thing about Boston is that it has everything you could ever want from a city while still being small enough to feel comfortable in. Being from the area, I love how familiar Boston is to me and how easy it is to travel through. My favorite thing about NU is its co-op program because hopefully it will make it easier for me to land a job in the future so that I can be able to pay for my Panera Bread addiction.
What is your dream job? I would love to write funny articles for something like Buzzfeed or be Andy Cohen’s personal assistant until I can overthrow him and takeover the entire Bravo empire and enslave all of the Real Housewives (but mostly just Camille Grammer.)
Any other random info readers should know? I have a love/hate relationship with my chihuahua, Rosie. I love her and she hates me.
