All throughout my life I have struggled to find a product that will keep my mane at bay. Every once and a while I find a product that seems to work, but sadly after a few days, I realize my hopes for it were much higher than its actual performance. However, I was recently gifted Bed Head’s Get Twisted Anti-Frizz Finishing Spray and I feel blessed! I’ve fallen in love with it.
When searching for a hair product, the first think I look at is the smell. To be honest, I’m actually quite fond of the smell of this spray. It is slightly floral and doesn’t have the typical hair spray smell that we all have come to know. A few days ago, I found myself spraying more into my hair than was necessarily needed because I was so addicted to the smell. So, right away, the scent was a huge bonus for me!
The next thing that I usually take into consideration is the price, since I’m a broke college student. Get Twisted ranges in price anywhere from fifteen dollars a bottle to twenty dollars a bottle. Although that seems kinda steep, it’s relatively cheap for the given amount, 6.67 fl. oz. Depending on how long and thick your hair is, a bottle that big will last a while. Usually I use about four or five sprays in my hair which is next to no product. I’ve been using it everyday for the past week and I have barely made a dent in the bottle.
The last thing that I look for when trying to deal with my frizzy mess is the feel of the product in my hair. I’ve used Get Twisted on both wet and dry hair and the product worked well for both. I really like the way it feels in my hair. Normally products of this kind leave a crunchy feeling or make hair look oily, but not this time! Personally, I think it works better when your hair is wet, but I’m surprised with its results on dry hair.
Overall, I really like Bed Head’s Get Twisted Anti-Frizz Finishing Spray and I am so happy that I don’t have to keep searching for something that works with my hair. My wavy, thick hair is hard to manage, especially because it frizzes easily. If you have hair that tends to frizz when you don’t want it to, definitely pick up a bottle of this spray!
