I know you have seen those TikToks about men thinking about the roman empire constantly and now all the girls in the world are talking about what the female version of the roman empire is. After research through TikTok these are the top five female versions of the roman empire in no particular order. DISCLAIMER: this is totally opinionated, feel free to disagree!! 

  1. 10 things I hate about you 

This movie is totally a rite of passage for every woman. If you did not dream to be Kat Strafford and fall in love with Heath Ledger then you were really missing out!!!

  1. Dance Moms

Whether you watched the show when you were younger or fell through a tiktok rabbit hole watching all the drama, every girl could tell you something about Dance Moms and Abby Lee Miller.

  1. Taylor Swift 

Honestly I feel like the ERAs tour itself is pretty self explanatory, but pretty much every girl ever has had a Taylor phase. Whether it was in 3rd grade or if you just started listening to her, everyone knows and loves Taylor Swift. 

  1. Princess Diana

Obviously if we had to choose a historical occurrence to be the female version of the roman empire there is no doubt in my mind that Princess Diana is the occurrence. We all know the rumors concerning her death and don’t even get me started on how iconic her revenge dress was.

  1. Tom Holland’s lip sync battle

We have all seen Tom Holland dance to Rihannas ‘Umbrella’ and we ate that up. That was years ago and it still pops up on my FYP like at least once a month. His flip at the end, the outfit, and Zendaya?? Pretty sure that man knew he was about to make history.

Brenna Morrison is a freshman at North Carolina State University and this is her first year as a member of Her Campus. Before coming to NC State University, Brenna took creative writing classes all throughout high school and was a member of her high schools creative writing club.
